I have had lots of moments of trying to get healthy. You know those moments well I'm sure. The times when you juice for a couple of days, or you stop eating sweets for a week, until you start having cramps and realize that the only thing that is going to cure your bad mood is a huge piece of chocolate cake. Yep....that's been me. A LOT!
Last year I actually was doing a great job of making food that was fresh, exercising everyday and feeling pretty healthy. Mostly because I was stuck on a tropical island and it was really the only thing I could do at the time. But I felt good.
I want to get back to that. I want to help other people get to where they want to be too. So I am starting this health blog. I'm no expert...but I am going to try.
My daily routine: Shakeology (Beach Body) and some water
Exercise #1 Currently I am doing the Brazilian Butt-Lift Program. It's amazing!
Since its spring break I was going to try and go out on the trails everyday, but rain and coldness have come upon us.
My goal for next week: 10,000 steps a day...whatever it takes!
My biggest struggle is when people offer me sweets. That is my downfall because I like sweet treats and I don't like saying no, but part of getting healthy is realizing that sugar is really not good!
So here's to getting healthy!
